Media buyers who used to sell media

Our buyers learned media on the other side of the table, in broadcasting and in ad sales, where the job was selling ad space and airtime. That is the seat they negotiate from now. Baldini grew out of that background into a boutique agency in Harleysville that plans, makes and buys advertising for regional businesses. You get people who know what a station or a publication will really do, because they used to be the ones asked.

We negotiate each client’s buy on its own. Nothing you spend is bundled into a larger buy for someone else, and no outlet gets to treat you as one line in a bigger order. The ads you run, the outlets and the rates are negotiated for your goals, on their own, so you can see exactly what your budget bought.

Planning, creative and buying happen under one roof in Harleysville. The people who negotiate the schedule and the people who make the ad work in the same place, so the media and the message are settled together. That covers TV, radio, print, billboards, paid search and paid social, plus brand development, direct mail, brochures and signage. The team has over 50 years combined experience in the advertising industry.

Print is where the method shows most clearly. We score each publication on readership, price and how well its readers match your customers, and we weight those scores to your goals. A paper with a big readership can still lose to a weekly whose readers look like your customers. Then we take the scores into the negotiation, so every ask has a reason behind it.

We also make the work. Video and radio production, print ads, brochures, direct mail, signage and graphic design are part of what we do. The range on the work page runs from table tents, flyers and counter cards for Chickie’s & Pete’s to event creative for Parx Casino to television for The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia.

Our office is at 1722 Sumneytown Pike in Harleysville, open Monday–Friday, 9 to 5. We plan media for the Philadelphia market, including Montgomery County, Bucks County, Chester County, Delaware County and Camden County. If you are in Montco, Chesco or Delco, or across the river in South Jersey, you are inside the market we know.

How we work

Negotiate every buy on its own

No client rides on another client’s buy. Each schedule is priced and argued for separately, with your goals at the table.

Show the work as it ran

The portfolio is real creative from real campaigns, with the client and the medium on every piece.

Say where the money goes

Each plan names the outlet, the time of day or the road, and the reason. You can read it and push back before anything runs.

What happens next

Our work for Chickie’s & Pete’s, Parx Casino and Villari Brandes & Giannone goes back more than a decade.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you’re launching

Use the form or call 215-870-5548. A few lines is enough — what you’re promoting, where your customers are, and when it needs to run.

  2. 2

    We talk it through

We call you back to ask about your goals and your budget. The first conversation costs nothing, and if another approach suits you better, we’ll say so.

  3. 3

You see the plan before anything runs

You get where your ads will run, the schedule and what it costs, in writing. Nothing is booked until you approve it, and afterwards you see where every piece ran.
