Influencer marketing for Philadelphia-area brands
We find local creators whose followers are your customers, brief them, handle the agreement and track what their posts bring in.
Plan an influencer campaign
People trust a person they already follow more than an ad they scroll past. That is why a food creator’s video can fill a restaurant on a Tuesday, and why a local parent with a following can move open-house sign-ups for a school. The hard part is choosing the right person. A big follower count means little if those followers live three states away. We look for creators whose audience is in your towns and fits your customer, then we run the campaign like any other buy.
Influencer marketing means paying a creator to feature your business in their own posts, videos or stories. Their followers see it in the voice they already know. For a restaurant opening, an event, a new location or a product launch, that can reach people an ad would miss.
We work in four parts. First we find creators, checking where their followers live, how many actually watch and comment, and whether their style fits your brand. Then we brief them on the offer, the dates and what must be said. We handle the agreement, including the fee, what gets posted, when it goes up and how the paid partnership is shown to followers. Finally we track what the posts bring in.
Tracking matters here as much as anywhere. Each creator can get their own link or code, so you can see which posts led to visits, bookings or sales and which only collected likes. We compare that with what each creator cost, and the next round goes to the people who delivered.
Creators work well beside our other media. A launch can run on radio and a billboard while local creators show the product in use the same week. When a creator’s video works, it can also be used as a paid social ad, with their permission, so the best post keeps working after it runs.

How we buy it
- What we buy
- Posts, videos and stories from local creators, with the brief, the agreement and the tracking links or codes to measure them.
- Where it runs
- On the creators’ own Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook accounts, chosen for followers in the Philadelphia market, down to Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware counties and Camden County.
- How we negotiate
- We compare creators on where their followers live, how many actually engage and what they charge, then agree on the fee, the number of posts and the usage rights before anything is made.
- What you get back
- A report on what each creator posted, how many people saw and engaged with it, and the visits, sign-ups or sales their link or code brought in.
Pick creators for where their followers live, not how many they have.
What you get
- You reach people through someone they already follow and trust.
- You choose creators for followers in your towns, not for follower counts.
- You approve the brief and the posts before they go up.
- You see which creators brought in visits, bookings or sales.
- You can run the best creator videos again as paid social ads.
How a campaign runs
- 1 We talk through what you are promoting, who needs to hear it and when.
- 2 We shortlist local creators and show you who they are and where their followers live.
- 3 We brief the creators you pick and agree on the fee, posts, dates and rights.
- 4 You approve the posts, they go live, and we watch the response.
- 5 We report what each creator delivered and plan the next round with the ones who worked.

You see the plan before anything runs
You get where your ads will run, the schedule and what it costs, in writing. Nothing is booked until you approve it, and afterwards you see where every piece ran.
Influencer Marketing: common questions
What is influencer marketing?
Influencer marketing means paying a creator to feature your business in their own posts, videos or stories. Their followers see your brand through someone they already follow and trust, in the voice they already listen to. We find the right creators for your towns, brief them on the offer, handle the agreement and track what each post brings in.
How do you choose which creators to use?
We start with your customer and your towns. Then we check each creator’s followers: where they live, how many actually watch and comment, and whether the creator’s style fits your brand. A smaller local creator with engaged followers nearby is often a better buy than a large account with followers everywhere.
Do I get to approve what creators post?
Yes. You approve the brief before we send it to any creator, and you see the posts before they go live. Creators keep their own voice, because that is why their followers listen to them. The offer, the dates, the links and anything that must be said are agreed in writing in advance, so there are no surprises.
How do you measure whether it worked?
Each creator can get their own link or discount code. That lets us count the visits, sign-ups or sales each one brought in, next to what they cost. We also report how many people saw each post and how many liked, commented or shared it. We do not claim results we cannot show, and the next round goes to the creators who delivered.
Are the posts marked as paid?
Yes. Paid posts are shown to followers as a partnership or an ad, using each platform’s paid partnership label or a clear note in the post itself. Federal rules expect paid endorsements to be disclosed, and followers trust a creator more when it is clear. We build the disclosure into every agreement and check each post for it before we report on it.
Can influencer marketing work with my other advertising?
Yes. Creators can show a product in use the same week your radio spot or billboard runs, so people hear about it and then see someone they follow try it. A strong creator video can later run as a paid social ad, with the creator’s permission and the rights agreed in advance. We plan them together when it fits your goals and budget.
